WiFi Vision Programmable Robot

This compact AI vision + robotics + IoT platform combines ESP32-CAM WiFi streaming, Mecanum 4WD motion, and multi-sensor control into one advanced STEM learning system. Learners can drive the robot via browser or mobile app while logging ultrasonic distance, line tracking data, and speed, building real-world understanding of autonomous robotics and IoT telemetry.

The Mecanum wheel chassis enables full omni-directional movement—forward, lateral, diagonal, and rotation—ideal for studying vector motion, path planning, and PID control. The pan-tilt camera system separates vision from movement, allowing intelligent tracking where the camera scans and the base follows.

Equipped with a 3-way IR line tracking array and ultrasonic sensor, the robot supports advanced navigation from basic on/off control to proportional and PID-based automation. It handles obstacle avoidance, junctions, and path re-entry, demonstrating real-world sensor fusion and control logic systems.

The platform includes Arduino and MicroPython code templates with non-blocking logic, schedulers, and live data streaming for visualization, debugging, and algorithm testing. Expansion ports (I²C, UART, SPI) allow integration of IMU, encoders, OLED, BLE, GPS, and environmental sensors, making it suitable for AIoT and advanced robotics projects.

Built with durable plates, metal standoffs, and rubber Mecanum rollers, the kit ensures long-term use in classrooms and labs. The solder-free modular design enables fast setup, while included guides support learning from assembly to advanced experiments.
